Association of Tango La Junta Informs: The Patrimony of the Tango

Within the framework of the celebration of the Day of the Patrimony La JUNTA, Association of Tango organizes for this next Saturday 18 of September the PATRIMONY Of the TANGO.

The proposal will take place in the Hall the Banking Catering, Zabala 1367 Sarandí corner from the 22:30 hours. Under the main directorate of the Omar teacher Strap this idea arises with the objective to fortify and to expand the expression of the Tango as Cultural Patrimony of our country, deepening in its roots and promoting the search of this manifestation that allows to discover us and to find to us us in the recognition of which it is common to us. Within a plan of activities that turn around stimulating the conscience of responsibility in the protection and development of the Tango, this precise activity denominated the PATRIMONY Of the TANGO tries to consecrate a festive event and of reflection on the values, the roll and the meaning of tango, as national cultural inheritance that allows to project to us in the construction of a future that to reafir our identity to me. The proposal will count in its opening with an exhibition of dance and music that will conjugate Candombe, Folklore and Tango in the idea of a tie spectacle to our traditions. Presenting/displaying "Colonial Stamp" the body of dance that directs Jorge Heller, with putting in scene of the same one will unfold. Next the group of folkloric dances "the Indians" will expose their Huella, Zamba, Malambo and Gato under the direction of Elena Vilariño. The exhibition of Tango Dance will be to position and represented by the teachers Omar Correa and Elena Vilariño, who will leave after their steps the place to the entrance of a cord of drums. Finally and dismissing this last one opening to the dance will occur inviting to all the presents to participate to the compass of tangos and milongas that they will sound on the part of the Patrimonial Orchestra, conformed specially for the occasion and that reunites line musician 1st classes like the teachers Ruben Delapuente to the piano, Jorge Malvarez to bandoneón, Miguel Angel I beat to bandoneón and Charly Cardozo the contrabass.
